In this way, we at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Privatbesitz AG create a “triple win” situation for our investors, the environment and society. High-Quality Partnerships
We only work with partners who build living space at the highest level and from an energetic point of view. This leads to low-interest loans with high repayment subsidies or direct subsidies to capital expenditure.
Building Green
Together with our cooperation partner PLANT-MY-TREE®, we are reforesting forests across Germany and thus helping to offset CO2. We started at the beginning of 2021 with 100 trees and the goal of reforesting our own forest. That is why we plant one tree on behalf of the investor for every 10 sqm of living space sold.
Striving for Efficiency
The aim is to permanently reduce CO2 consumption through the use of regenerative energy sources. Through reforestation, we compensate for the CO2 consumption in the long term created during the restoration and / or building process of living space.

PLANT-MY-TREE ®
Our partner PLANT-MY-TREE® has been carrying out reforestation projects to offset CO2 throughout Germany since 2009. The aim is to protect the environment and the climate in Germany where we also emit CO2.
In addition, PLANT-MY-TREE® also carries out forest conversion and protection projects and attaches great importance to high biodiversity, whereby regional conditions are also taken into account and, if possible, mixed forests are planted. Over decades, this creates a natural habitat for insects, birds and other animals – with a planned project duration of at least 99 years, during which no deforestation or economic use takes place.
We are very committed to this topic: In the first few years through consistent energetic implementation in our projects and, since January 1, 2021, through the reforestation of our own forest in the upcoming years.
